The man seen speeding, John Louis Kidman, then aged 41, was caught robbing an elderly woman earlier in the afternoon of August 15, 2007.

At 12:15 P.M., Kidman accidently got engaged with a hit-and-run while speeding from the cops. He got sentenced to 20 years in prison and is celebrating his 58th birthday today, September 24, 2023.
